If you get a mat, then you would only need one piece of glass.
For floating frames which are essentially two panes of glass sitting on top of each other, you would need two pieces of glass

Prepare and ship your bouquet within 1–3 days of the event to ensure freshness. Wrap stems in damp paper towels, secure them with plastic wrap, and package the bouquet in a sturdy box with padding.
