Book Your Bridal Bouquet Preservation Early: Advanced Booking is a Game Changer for Your Floral Preservation

Reserving your floral preservation in advance is more important than you might think! I get lots of requests from brides many weeks after their wedding has passed, hoping that I might be able to preserve their bouquet. In some instances, I am able to use some of their petals, but ultimately the floral preservation piece becomes a custom recreation.

Booking early prevents missed opportunity for bridal bouquet preservation. I have highlighted the five most important reasons why you should book your preservation in advance:

  1. Understanding your bouquet. Knowing what flowers are coming into the studio helps me prepare for unwanted issues like petal wilt. Having familiarity with your bouquet inspo helps prepare me during the design phase of your bridal bouquet preservation. Plus, I really love looking at pictures of flowers!
  2. Knowing who your florist is. In the event that some of your flowers didn’t make it from the ceremony to our studio in perfect shape, I can reach out and source extra flowers for you.
  3. Discussing Flower Care. This is the most important aspect of booking early. When I am able to discuss specific flower care with you for your flower preservation, it helps with pressing and ultimately the final preservation. The fresher the petals, the better they press.
  4. Discussing Drop-off. Timely delivery of the flowers is immensely helpful when beginning the preservation process. Receiving the flowers in a timely manner exponentially increases the odds of ideal flower pressing. I say it a lot, “The fresher the petals, the better they press.”
  5. Creates a connection. I have loved each and every bride that has stepped into my home studio. Establishing a rapport with you is important. That relationship is passed along into your pressed flowers and final preservation piece.

I am in the height of wedding season and very busy. If you have not yet booked your preservation, please reach out to me. If having your bridal bouquet preserved is on your inspo board, now is the time to book. I would love to press your bouquet, just yes!
