As part of our design process, we include up to two complimentary revisions at no additional cost. This allows us to fine-tune the details while ensuring the flowers remain in the best possible condition. Because pressed and preserved flowers are incredibly delicate, handling them requires great precision. Each revision involves careful adjustments, and we want to make sure your piece is just right without compromising the integrity of your blooms.
Beyond the second revision, any additional changes will incur a fee of $175 per hour. This policy helps us protect the fragile nature of your flowers while ensuring we can complete every customer’s order in a timely manner. Excessive handling can lead to irreversible damage, so we strive to balance customization with preservation. Our goal is always to create a beautiful, lasting piece while maintaining the highest standards of quality and care.
