Designing your preserved bouquet is one of the most meaningful parts of what we do. This is where your story, your flowers, and our artistry come together, one petal at a time. Because every bouquet is unique, we’ve created a design process that feels personal, collaborative, and beautifully efficient.
Getting Started: Your Vision Comes First
Before we ever begin designing, we’ll ask you a few important questions so we can bring your vision to life:
- Do you prefer a portrait or landscape orientation?
- Would you like your piece to be bouquet-style, meadowscape, or a hybrid of both?
- Are there any favorite flowers you want highlighted or centered?
- Do you have a specific vision or inspiration for how you’d like your piece to feel? Airy, full, colorful, moody, modern, or traditional?
These early details help us plan your layout and ensure that the final design feels true to you and your original bouquet.
Communication Made Simple
All design communication happens via text message so everything stays organized in one place. When your design time arrives, we’ll send you a photo of your reconstructed and color corrected flowers, this is where we begin.
Because each bouquet requires our full focus and delicate handling, we can only work on one design at a time. Please plan to be available during your design window so we can finalize your layout quickly and safely while your flowers are still at their best for arranging. If you are not available during this time, please let us know so we can schedule your design accordingly.
Design Proofs & Revisions
Your first design photo is considered your initial proof. Most clients approve their design on the first pass. Your package includes up to one design revision and a maximum of two proofs total.
If you’d like to make further changes, additional revisions are available for $125 per hour. This fee covers the extra design time and careful re-handling of your flowers. Each adjustment carries a lot of risk, so these limits help protect your fragile petals while ensuring your piece is completed in a timely manner.
Framing & Pick-Up
Once your layout is approved and your artwork has been framed, we’ll send a text letting you know it’s ready for pick-up.
Please plan to pick up your finished piece as soon as possible, our studio space fills up quickly with new designs.
Any completed artwork left beyond 30 days after framing will be assessed a $150.00 per week storage fee.
Why These Policies Matter
We know it’s a lot of structure, but every rule is rooted in care; for your flowers, our workflow, and the hundreds of brides and families we serve each season. These boundaries allow us to give every client our full creative energy and attention.
Thank you for trusting us with your blooms, your memories, and your story. We can’t wait to turn your flowers into a forever keepsake you’ll treasure for years to come.
